Over more than 25 years, Bill has advised inventors, founders, and growth-stage companies on developing patent portfolios that support financing, product development, strategic partnerships, and exits. At TechNomos, he leads a modern patent and technology practice that combines seasoned legal judgment with disciplined use of AI to deliver counsel with greater speed, consistency, and cost predictability.

Steven Gore is a patent agent and artificial intelligence engineer who helps companies protect complex technologies with clarity, precision, and strategic depth. He brings a distinctive combination of Big Law patent experience, advanced scientific training, and technical fluency across AI-driven modeling, computational biology, life sciences, and other deep-tech fields. Steven works closely with inventors and companies to develop patent strategies that align with business objectives and support long-term value creation. At TechNomos, he applies that background to patent drafting, portfolio development, and technology analysis in a practice that pairs technical rigor with disciplined use of advanced AI tools.

Caleb Connors is a Technical Advisor with a cross-disciplinary background spanning the life sciences, engineering, and computational research. Before joining TechNomos, he spent more than five years in research at Georgia Tech and Emory University, where he developed and applied AI, machine learning, and analytical workflows to accelerate genomic data analysis across both specialized research programs and large NIH consortium projects. He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and an M.S. in Bioinformatics, giving him a strong foundation across biological systems, engineering principles, and computational methods. At TechNomos, Caleb supports patent analytics, invention evaluation, and technical assessment across biotechnology, medical devices, and data-driven innovations.
